THE CUSTOMER CHALLENGE
As Monsoon Aquatics scaled up land-based coral aquaculture through both asexual propagation (“fragging”) and coral spawning, the organisation encountered a significant operational bottleneck: accurately tracking the lifecycle of tens of thousands of individual corals.
