How we got here
TechConnect began with a simple belief: there had to be a better way to deliver managed IT. I saw too many providers waiting for something to go wrong, then rushing to fix it.
Success was measured by how quickly tickets were closed, rather than how many problems could have been prevented in the first place.
Coming from a cloud and automation background, I saw an opportunity to do things differently. I wanted to build a business focused on preventing issues, not simply reacting to them.
By combining automation, monitoring and data, we set out to make IT more proactive, reliable and easier for our clients to manage.
