Having spent more than 12 years working in Abu Dhabi—including 3 years as an IT Support Lead, he has built a strong foundation in delivering exceptional service across diverse environments.
Throughout his career, Mac have supported clients across the US, UK, Middle East, Philippines, and now Australia, always with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently.
Mac holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from De La Salle University Dasmariñas and holds a certification in Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals.
Outside of work, Mac enjoys playing basketball and staying active at the gym.
